Great experience, fast turnaround, staff were helpful and happy to answer all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of all their efforts. They also gave me great advice for maintaining my pc and future upgrading potential. Highly recommend!

I don’t give 5 stars often but the team at Digital Matrix went above and beyond to earn this one. I had recently taken my gaming rig to a nearby store as the fans were not working causing it to crash. $400 later there was still no solution and the tech had no clue how to fix it. I was close to giving up home when a friend recommended these guys. Special thanks to Blake, within 3 days turnaround he had fixed the issue and replaced the faulty component. He even did a full system update and malware cleanup. All in all the total cost was $280 including parts and labor. My rig is now running super fast and cool which is music to any pc-gamers ears. Outstanding work guys, thanks for bending over backwards to rush my pickup time as well!

Really impressed with the prices, they were actually better than the Brisbane stores and online prices for the items I was looking for. Also good stock levels, they had a good range of the latest NVME.

Unbelieveable turnover time to build two full PCs during a pretty busy period for the shop. Said it'd be done in two days, finished them both in one day. Talented team, good warranties, fast and affordable/competitive pricing. Would never go elsewhere. Been getting parts here for many years, cheers Laurie.
